Appointed and took office as President of the ECCAS Commission. Set up the Commission's new leadership team.
Held senior diplomatic and institutional positions within the Burundian government and in African regional organisations.
Doctor of international law and diplomatic relations. Specialised training in African regional integration organisations.
The Vice-Presidency of the Commission
The Vice-Presidency assists the Presidency in the conduct of the Commission's affairs and ensures institutional continuity.
