Department of Political Affairs, Peace and Security

The Department of Political Affairs, Peace and Security is responsible for the implementation of the COPAX protocol and for strengthening the cooperation of member states in the political, legislative, executive, judicial, public administration and elections fields.

Department of the Common Market, Economic, Monetary and Financial Affairs

The Department of Common Market, Economic, Monetary and Financial Affairs is responsible for establishing the Common Market, promoting harmonious, balanced and self-sustaining economic development, and supporting and consolidating the economic integration process. It is also responsible for establishing a free trade area among the Member States and maintaining liaison between the Community and the World Trade Organization (WTO). It is also responsible for the development and implementation of the Community’s economic, monetary, banking and financial policies.

Department of Environment, Natural Resources, Agriculture and Rural Development

Le Département Environnement, Ressources Naturelles, Agriculture et Développement Rural est responsable de l’élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de la politique de la Communauté en matière d’environnement, de forêts, ressources naturelles, agriculture et développement rural dans une perspective de développement durable. Il est responsable de l’élaboration, la planification et de la réalisation des programmes gouvernementaux dans les domaines, de l’environnement, forêts, ressources naturelles, agriculture et développement rural.

Department of Territorial Planning and Infrastructure

Le Département Aménagement du Territoire et Infrastructures est responsable de l’aménagement du territoire communautaire, de l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre des politiques communautaires en matière d’infrastructures, de transport, de télécommunication et d’énergie.

Department of Administration, Finance and Human Resources

The Department of Environment, Natural Resources, Agriculture and Rural Development is responsible for developing and implementing the Community’s policies on the environment, forests, natural resources, agriculture and rural development, with a view to promoting sustainable development. It is responsible for the development, planning and implementation of government programmes in the fields of environment, forests, natural resources, agriculture and rural development.
