The vision of ECCAS is that of an integrated, peaceful and prosperous Central Africa, able to turn its resources into lasting opportunities for its peoples.

This vision rests on concrete integration: stronger institutions, better connected economies, structuring infrastructure and more inclusive social policies.

It places citizens, member states and partners at the heart of a common project founded on peace, solidarity and regional responsibility.
